How to Order

Placing an order is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online.

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order:

1. Find the Items You Want

First, you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. You can use the section links in the main navigation or the search field at the top of every page for a more specific search. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

2. Adding Items To Your Basket

If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Basket" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your basket, keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you wish to order. You can access the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the "View Basket/Checkout" link at the top of every page of our website.

3. Proceed To Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your basket. If you would like to alter the quantity of a particular item, you can change the number under the "Qty" heading. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, check the "delete" box next to that item.
If you've made alterations to quantity or checked any items for removal, simply click the "Update" button to confirm the changes.
When you're ready to place an order for everything click the "Checkout via ..." button. If you have chosen to checkout via our own onsite processing facilities, you will be taken to the first page of the order process.
The instructions below outline each step of our online order process. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact us.

4. Sign In/Create a New Account

If you previously registered but are not currently signed in, you need to enter your e-mail address and password.
If you are new to the shop you will need to only enter your email address.
Click "Sign In".
If you are a new customer you will be presented with a registration form where you will be required to fill out particular fields in order to create an account for the order you are making. This will only need to be done once as the details will be saved for use on future orders.

5. Billing & Delivery Location

Your billing address details are taken from when your account was setup or when you last changed them in your account. Similarly, your delivery details are automatically duplicated from your billing address. You can however use a custom delivery address by clicking the "enter a different delivery address" in the Delivery Address panel which will then allow you to add new delivery details to your order.
Once you are happy with the details click "Proceed'.

6. Delivery Options

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method from the available options.
The shipping charge for your order is displayed in both the delivery panel and basket panel below.
Once you are happy with the details click "Proceed'.

7. Reviewing Your Order

You can confirm that your billing/address details are correct as well as the contact details and the basket items. Once you are happy, click "Proceed" to move on to the final part of the order process, the "Payment Options".

8. Payment Options

After confirming your order, you will be sent to the appropriate pages based on the payment method you selected on the basket/checkout page.
Please follow all onscreen instructions for payment to be processed.

9. Order Success

Once payment has been successful, you should receive confirmation as well as an order number. You can view the order you have just made or any past orders by using the order viewing options in your account.
