Ring Size Help

If you’re buying a ring online it is important that you choose your ring size correctly. It is extremely frustrating to receive your ring, only to find that it doesn’t quite fit.

Once you have received your ring, it is possible for us to modify the size a little if that is necessary, but much better if we can avoid the need.

To help you, we can send you a Ring Size Kit. This is a series of rings in all the different sizes available and you just put them on it turn until you find the one that is right for you. We can also give you guidance over the phone if you need it.

This is a FREE service. All we ask is that you provide us with your credit card details in case the Kit is not returned to us within ten days. All you pay is the cost of posting the Kit back to us.
